Hasekura – 19% ABV

Named after the 17th Century Samurai Lord widely believed to be the first Japanese person to step foot in France, the Hasekura draws parallels with Japanese artisan skill and craft. Patiently made and designed to be sipped slowly this elegant cocktail reflects Le Rixi's own values, aesthetics and quality of ingredients.

INGREDIENTS
25 ml – Le Rixi (infused with Jasmine tea)
25 ml – Mancino Sakura Vermouth
25 ml – Sake (any Junmai Ginjo Sake)
5 ml – Elderflower Cordial

GLASS: Martini
METHOD: Stir
GARNISH: Cucumber

PREPARATION

  • STEP 1: Add 3 grams of Jasmine Tea to one bottle of Le Rixi and let it steep, after 5 minutes strain the liquid through a fine strainer
  • STEP 2: Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass
  • STEP 3: Add an ice cube and stir the cocktail for 20 seconds
  • STEP 4: Strain into a pre-chilled Martini glass
  • STEP 5: Garnish and serve
