STEP 1: Add the watermelon chunks to the shaker, muddle them until nicely crushed
STEP 2: Add all the other ingredients to the shaker as per the list above
STEP 3: Shake well for 20 seconds
STEP 4: Double strain into a pre chilled Highball glass
STEP 5: Add cubed ice and a crushed ice crown on top
STEP 6: Garnish and serve
